Who is responsible for the information
CMM Group Ltd, trading as CMM Group, is responsible for contact-form information. CMM Group is based in Kigali, Rwanda. Privacy questions can be sent to cmmgrouprwanda@gmail.com.
Information the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, organisation, work email, area of interest, a description of what you are working on and your acknowledgement of this notice. A telephone number is optional. The submission also records its source page, time, website environment and a submission identifier used to prevent accidental duplicate delivery.
Your choice and why the information is used
Using the contact form is optional. If you send an enquiry, CMM Group uses the details to understand it, respond to you and manage the follow-up you request. An enquiry is not used to enrol you in unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Authorised CMM Group personnel who manage enquiries receive the message. When online messages are enabled, Resend processes the email delivery. The website does not keep a separate copy of the submission in a website database. Open tracking and link tracking are disabled.
Keeping the form safe
The contact endpoint uses a short-lived pseudonymous request identifier derived from network information to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse. The application does not include the network address or that identifier in its contact-event logs.
How long it is kept
A general enquiry is kept for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. If an enquiry becomes part of a client relationship, relevant records move into the appropriate project or contract file and follow the approved business-record retention policy. General enquiries are deleted when the period ends unless they are needed for an active relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. CMM Group will use the shortest provider-log retention that is compatible with operations and this notice.
Access, correction, restriction or deletion requests
You may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete information you submitted by emailing cmmgrouprwanda@gmail.com and identifying your message as a privacy request. CMM Group may need to keep limited information where an active relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required choice mechanism will be updated before the new tools are enabled.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects enquiry information already held, CMM Group will provide a proportionate direct notice when contact details are available and a direct notice is appropriate.
